BECOMING A TEMENGGONG - PENGIRAN TEMENGGONG STEPHEN ANAK LELAKI CHIN
This picture was taken in October at Indonesia. I was visiting an elderly man who does Indonesian customary weddings. This is how a native Indonesian would dress if he was to get married. There were so many layers to put on that I felt like I was being wrapped up as a mummy. (Not that I know how a mummy would feel like).
The number of jewelry and the crown represents the person's title. Only a royalty would wear this gear, everyone else who are not royalty will not have jewelry.
